For hobby or home use, it does the job for the money

Look, this car is good for the money. Deal with it, if you wanted a weld at a high price you wouldn't buy less than $500. As I said, shipping was great, packaging was top notch. I immediately put the welder on gas and it burned through a good weld (I definitely recommend gas). I used it for the second time and had a problem turning it on. I emailed tech support and Joe got back to me within an hour. He went straight to diagnosing the problem and together with my information we decided to switch. Joe shipped it straight away, I plugged it in and it worked fine. He immediately offered to replace it and that was an option for me. Glad I tried the switch. You can always tell a product or company by how it solves problems. Well this company is better than most. I had the worst experience with famous brands and paid way more.

Pros

Comfortably welds up to 1/4 inch thick mild steel properly prepared on 220V input whether MIG, Cored Wire or MMA welding. Feeds wire at speeds from 78 to 396 inches per minute and has infinitely variable wire speed and heat settings. This welder does not use thread controls found on cheaper machines!
