I ended up returning this. As a woman, I'm relatively petite, and while the straps were adjustable, the bulkiness of this product put too much pressure on my head. (To give you an idea I'm 5'4", 110lbs, size 0-2 etc.) I also bought this to film my hands playing the piano but couldn't find the right angle to get them catch intelligently. .
