Not good enough for replacement parts
Used to connect a low pressure line. 2 hours. Works great when adding refrigerant to manufacturer specification at a low pressure of 37psi. However, the next day it started leaking slowly because it couldn't handle 110-140psi at atmospheric pressure on the low pressure side when the car was shut down (especially in hot high desert summers). Next thing I know this compound has been popping up everywhere from a refrigerant explosion. Instead, I've used an AN8 (rated at 1500psi and 500ft F) to connect the line and it's been working perfectly so far.
- Save time and money by only repairing the damaged section and not the entire A/C line assembly
