I'm 5'1" and about 150-155 pounds and bought the large ones which I usually wear in running shorts. Weight in my buttocks and thighs. These are cute shorts, fit well but not too tight, good length, large pockets and soft. It's uncomfortable constantly pulling my shorts down while running, so I won't be using them for running. They are suitable for hiking and maybe hiking. They are comfortable, the lining fits well and leaves no visible marks. line so I keep it for random days.
