Review on 📱 Enhanced Universal Remote Control: Logitech Harmony One (No Longer in Production) by Patricia Mendoza

I bought this remote control in November 2010. I'm writing this review not only because of the remote itself, which is ergonomic and easy to use, but also to commend Logitech for its maintainability. I had to replace the battery once in 10 years. The remote has been roughened up by two guys and is in excellent condition apart from a few scratches. Works as well as day one, the touchscreen and all buttons work and all the labeling on the buttons is just as legible as when the box was opened. I upgraded my laptop to macOS Catalina in June 2020 and the old software stopped working (32). compared to 64-bit). Their new Harmony Desktop software still did the remote configuration for them and I was able to change Activities just as easily as before. All in all this is a fantastic product. Now that it's out of production it's selling at a premium ($150 in 2010), but based on reviews of later models I'd buy it again if I had to replace my current one.
