The original hose snapped in several places so I bought this to replace. The hose is a bit longer, which is nice and fits the floor nozzle perfectly. The clips for inserting into the vertical part don't reach far enough to secure it. However, since the hose is long, it keeps it taut. I also noticed that when the vacuum is on, the suction pulls hard on the built-in gasket, so there's no loss of suction.
