I was pleasantly surprised when I received these knives and was finally able to use them. For the price I was expecting a fairly cheap knife set. I got them and they seemed good, they sure were sharp but I've put them off until I've actually used them a bit. I used them at home for a week and then went on vacation. I bought them in a camping kit and after a week of camping and have used them for everything from steak, veggies and even a few boxes and twine. I had to test them on things to make sure they were sharp and good lest they fail at all. They are still sharp and wash well. I'm impressed with them.
