Get What You Paid For

I don't know if I received a bad item, no, when I wanted to connect it to my computer, it didn't go all the way in. I connect USB and it doesn't work. I think if this device worked properly it would be ideal for its price. However, that didn't happen, I ended up going and buying it from Best Buy for a higher price.
