Review on Easesuper Solar TPMS with 4 External Sensors - Real-Time Monitoring & 6 Alarm Modes by Marc Stewart

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great TPMS system, love it! The best aftermarket car accessory I have ever owned.

I have several older cars that do not have TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System). This is a great solution to fix this. It's affordable and efficient, and frankly better than a lot of factory systems, especially older systems that only warn you when your tire is too low. Many don't even show actual tire pressure, they just display a warning on the dash. But this system accurately displays constant individual tire pressure along with tire air temperature, as well as fully customizable warnings/alerts for high and low air temperature and air pressure. Most modern factory tire pressure monitoring systems only monitor individual tire pressure and have preset low pressure warnings which in most cases cannot be adjusted. For example, you may receive a custom set of wheels/tires that require different tire pressures. Most factory systems cannot adjust the low pressure warnings accordingly. This Easesuper system allows that and more. The display unit, which shows temperature and tire pressure, is well made, easily visible in almost all lighting conditions and can be charged via the solar panel on top of the unit. I recommend fully charging the device first with the included USB cable, then the solar panel will keep it charged between uses. Impressively, the solar panel performs well even in cloudy weather with little light! These sensors are impressively accurate. I checked them with a pressure gauge and then installed the sensors on my new truck with factory TPMS to compare the readings. They showed exactly the same air pressure as the pressure gauges on my new truck. The individual sensors in the tires are also well made, appear solid and stable and are simply screwed into the tire's valve stem. For added security, unscrew the lock nut first, then the sensor and tighten the lock nut with the wrench provided. This will prevent the sensor from being stolen or weakened. Be sure to keep the key with you in case you need to remove the sensor to add air. I keep my wrench in my glove box in case I need quick access. The kit comes well packaged in a nice box that you should keep in your trunk in case you need to temporarily shut down the system or move it to another. Auto to lose nothing and keep it in order. I keep my old air valve caps in a box. With this kit you will receive 4 gauges (labeled for each tire), 4 locknuts, an LCD display, a display retaining gasket, a locknut wrench and instructions. Overall, this is one of the best aftermarket accessories. that I ever had I will buy some kits for other cars. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs accurate tire pressure and temperature control.
