I was a bit hesitant to buy this monitor mount at this price point; I didn't want to overdo it, I wanted something that would last and be a good product (sturdy, well built, etc.). I read the reviews and then ordered this monitor mount. I received the bracket and the instructions. were very easy to work with and the hand was assembled in no time at all. I had to mount a 27" monitor which is probably medium weight and after adjusting the tension the mount works exactly how I wanted it with no play everything seems pretty accurate in positioning no problem the monitor to keep. The weight of the materials because the hand was good and all the parts looked well made, no broken screws or anything like that when assembling the hand. I've had my arm for 7 months now and no problems. I'm constantly moving my hand to make room for my laptop from work. I recently lost my hex keys to adjust the tension and arm height. I contacted MountUp and the customer service was prompt and excellent. They were able to work with me and send me a new set of allen keys, for which I am very grateful. For me this is a 5/5 product.
