The smell was unbearably strong and I had to take it out of the house. I took back the feedback that the smell wasn't strong and it doesn't apply to us anyway. I would not buy this product again - I couldn't breathe because of this product and this is a deal breaker. I found a product that uses charcoal and bamboo to quickly remove all odors and has no odor. I'm sure someone who isn't sensitive to smells will love this product but please don't be fooled, it's scented and it's strong. . I understand why people think it works at removing other odors because you can't smell anything other than the product itself, but I'm not sure if it actually absorbs anything.
