The shipping and arrival process went smoothly. I ordered 2 packs. Both blocks unpacked and new batteries inserted. One unit worked, the other didn't. I changed the batteries just to be sure. Yes, the same device was defective. Inside the box was a card from the manufacturer asking for feedback on the product. If there is a problem please email them and they will work to fix it. I'll send a quick email about the problem. Haven't heard anything for 2 weeks. I agree, money is not important. If you position yourself as friendly customer service, then live it. No answer, nothing else to do...
