I bought this cable thinking it would handle 4k@60Hz as advertised. The cable is not HDMI certified. After purchasing this cable I did some research on HDMI.org and found that many sellers are selling these cables as false information. If you're looking for true 4K @ 60Hz Ultra HD connectivity via HDMI, it should be accepted that the manufacturer is selling the right specs. For a list of authorized retailers, see the current hdmi.org page. Save money, make sure your component can handle what you're connecting. Then test the connection with the appropriate tools. These companies should stop selling false information.
