Review on ๐Ÿชš Makita 10 Pack - 5" Cut Off Wheels: Aggressive Metal & Stainless Steel Cutting for 5" Grinders by Dustin Ferguson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works well for me, love it - UPDATE

This is my first time using an angle grinder so I can't give an experienced person's opinion. However, I am satisfied with the performance of this blade. For a test run I cut out two 1/4" diameter solid steel bars. It was fun. After that I cut 3 old horseshoe posts that were installed in my parents backyard in the early 60's, I have no idea why there were 3 were and not 2. Anyway he cut them like butter and 2 of them contained concrete. As a first time user I couldn't help but be impressed. Those five cuts - 2 training + horseshoes - were made on the same disc. After that the disc was pretty shot to pieces I could maybe squeeze 2 more very small light cuts on it but that's about it I took a video of me cutting a horseshoe to the fullest I know the video doesn't prove anything but it might may be of some informational value to some potential buyers. Anyway, I'm very happy with them, they solved my problem and worked very well. I don't see any reason why I'd keep them n shouldn't give 5 stars. UPDATE: It's been a few months now and I feel the need to edit my previous comment. I stated that the disc I used for these five cuts was "almost shot". This was a rather inaccurate statement made out of ignorance and inexperience. A few months later I took the same disc out of my tool box and made many more cuts with it, about 7 cuts on any 1/8 inch corner. it has more life in it I try to be as honest as possible in my reviews, I would be furious if I didn't correct my previous comment.
