Works well! The lighting doesn't seem bad.

It has really good overclocking potential. And easy to install, looks pretty good with other setups. However, the only problem is that the LED is not powerful enough for the LED bulbs to come out through the tempered glass. And yes, I know it's because of the magnet on the front and you can easily remove it. But it got me a bit frustrated after putting everything together and syncing it to my board. But overall it syncs perfectly with my Asus motherboard and works fine. Therefore I give four stars.
