Horrible Craftsmanship
The first thing I noticed when I opened it up was that the chiffon was a lot longer than the bottom layer, I thought it might be OK, WRONG. I tried it on and the petticoat didn't even come close to my ankle and I'm not that tall at 5ft 5inches and the chiffon layer missed my feet and lay inches on the floor. You can see how much longer the chiffon is than the full skirt. It was the strangest craftsmanship I've ever seen. so it DEFINITELY comes back. If you are of average height, don't waste your money.
