It worked a few times - then Drum BUSTED! - Customer support is TERRIBLE!
This worked a few times and then the drum broke. I'm towing a 900 pound breakwater onto my trailer. I have another device that hasn't had any issues (we'll see if it breaks soon). I am VERY disappointed in customer service. I emailed them with more questions and no response. I called 877-338-0999 which is listed with their tech support and was on hold for over 75 minutes with no answer. I have done this on 2 occasions and NO ONE has replied or emailed back. I hope this can get someone's attention.
