Ideal for cell phone or small camera.

so I use it to hold my phone's secondary camera to take backup side shots. It seems to work! It's absolutely ultra-light and not designed for something very big, maybe a phone or a small tablet. I probably wouldn't trust him with my iPad Pro, but the phone is fine! =
