Doesn't blow cold air and is cheaply made

It was advertised as a cool breeze, we added ice, it doesn't stay cool for more than an hour even in a 70 degree room. Too bad, settles and the filter dries in seconds. Doesn't cool at all as advertised, unfortunately just an expensive fan.
