I bought this watch for my blind mom based on the watch the blind association gave her as a gift. This watch died, and the jeweler advised her to buy a new one. So this one is almost identical to the one she had that was given to her by the Blind Society. She is not totally blind, she can see some things and this watch is perfect for her. She can see the black clock hands on a white background, and in the dark of the evening she can press a button and hear the programmer's voice telling the time. This is her salvation. She is very happy.
