Hear Me. Worked for a general contractor with daily drill. When I first put this on my drill I didn't like it. He grabbed my gloves and got in my way, but this thing saved me time and nerves. For example, when I'm at the top of a ladder and need a different attachment than the one in the drill. Hi. there he sits perfectly in his place. The magnet grips the bits well enough to keep them in place but still allows you to pull out and use/swap the bit. I've never had a drip without having to tug on it. I don't necessarily need a magnetic strip on the side, so I can't say anything good or bad. It only has one that attaches it to the drill bit, creating a hinge point. I use it to my advantage and let it hang around the battery so it doesn't get in the way. Definitely worth it.
