These knives arrived very sharp. I've been using these knives every day since I got them and they are as sharp as when they arrived. I've seen a lot of reviews that said "These knives are rubbish" and "Don't buy". Well, if you don't know how to properly care for these knives, you don't need them. Easy care for the knives.1. Wash hands with warm water and dish soap after each use. "Don't leave a dirty knife in the sink in time"2. Do not immerse in dishwater, use a warm soapy cloth.3. Hand dry thoroughly immediately after washing.4. Be careful, these knives last a long time!
