So firstly they are not suitable for MSI Pheonix GTX 1060 OC fan. They also don't have the same power. All this to say that the price was great and the work was good. Using an old gutted fan case as the first attachment point, I added 1 fan with zip ties (good quality). Then I used thick solid copper wire to make the second attachment point. Both fans together are close to the required amperage, they are connected and controlled via GPU applications. If anyone has a working link to a real fan for this, please comment below. MSI refused to provide it.
