Review on Charming Flutter Sleeve Fit and Flare Dress for Girls by Hope & Henry by Original Mansel

Very nice chiffon dress with beautiful floral print. Well sewn. Pleats and puffy sleeves add cute details. I ordered a size 4 for my 4 year old and the length is just below the knee as expected. The only issue I've had so far is the webbing, while it's nice the ends aren't finished in any way to prevent fraying causing the edges to unravel after just one wear. I have to trim and finish the edges of the ribbon myself to prevent further fraying. As the dress does not require a belt I am giving this a 5. If the belt was required and/or non-detachable I would give it fewer stars. Overall a nice dress, I will order more.
