I bought an 8.3 inch knife. I love the sharp blade, beauty and craftsmanship. Wonderful customer service too. Mine was delivered today. I just found out that I live only 3 miles from the shop so I will be heading there very soon to have all my knives and cutlery sharpened to a high quality in Japan. Goodbye Williams Sonoma and Sur La Table for knives! Yoshihiro Cutlery is my cutlery shop now. For people who say that the price is too high - high-quality products and services fully justify their cost. Highly recommended!
