I wanted a flexible head but didn't want to break the bank. Attached to the legs Slik Pro Al-234. Bonus points for the edgy black and blue color scheme that matched the Slik perfectly. The head is good for the money but by no means elite. The Arca Swiss platform works well as a vertical camera position. Horizontal panning works well, very fluid. Vertical pan is two to three times stiffer, which is my only complaint. The grips feel a little cheap and the grip feels cheap and should be a little longer. I haven't seen anything better for the money. It's quite heavy and feels very stable in combination with the Slik legs.
