General comfort for foot, hand and nail care

I read some reviews to go up a size but I wear size 6 shoes and bought 5/6 slippers. I wear them with orthotics and toe spacers (for bursitis) and they are fine. Just wear them for a few days and they should adjust to your foot. I like the hard sole for extra grip. The only issue I have is that they can come off my heel as I walk, but adjusting the strap helps.
