The suit works well and doesn't fit in the ears

The suit works well and doesn't fit in the ears. The sound quality suits me but I can't hear with my left ear. My phone connects well and I can easily turn the volume up/down on my phone. My Fitbit Ionic fitness watch also pairs well, but unfortunately I can't adjust the volume up/down using the music app on the watch. Finally, I tried turning the volume up/down with the headphones but to no avail so far.
