Not for heavy loads!
This is by no means suitable for carrying groceries/heavy loads. Basically, it's a box that, when heavier, is very uncomfortable to carry. In addition, the handles become thin after a single use. It's basically a car organizer or carrying lightweight items, and it's way overpriced for that. I was glad to get it but having only taken it to the supermarket once I was disappointed because I wear it - if you don't already have tendinitis - you will get it after wearing this box. I'm not sure why people are upset about it, I really don't think it's that special. Yes, the locking mechanism is great, but the comfort: zero points!
