Good balance, well made and sharp knife!
Bought this knife to replace my old one. Very happy with my purchase. For me it's a good size, well balanced, the handle is firm in hand. It's sharp right out of the box. I will get another one as a gift for my sister in law who works in the kitchen. I give this product 5 stars.
