Review on Brea Reese Water Based Markers Brights by Karla Richter

I found these on sale at my local craft store and tried them on a whim without knowing the brand first. The colors are beautiful and the bullet tip does a great job. However, the brush tip is a problematic finish. Although the shape is similar to other brush tips, this tip doesn't bend at all. It's just a hard felt tip that keeps flexing and wearing away as soon as you press it, even on good writing paper. It's probably good for coloring if you have a light touch, but totally unsuitable for lettering. Even at retail price I don't feel like I got my money's worth so be extra cautious when looking at them at almost full price.
