The product comes in a plastic bag, not a box like most others. It comes with a wig cap. It is pre-plucked and the bob haircut is nice and even. I have 10 inches. This is the best wig I have ever received from Revain. However, I felt that the hair hanging down each side was slightly thinner towards the ends than the back. For those who have styling issues, I suggest leaving them in a cold bath with moisturizing conditioner overnight and then letting them air dry. If you have to blow dry be sure to use a heat protectant, I recommend Fantasia IC Heat Protectant. Iron the head of the wig and, if necessary, smooth the front with a hot comb for extra smoothness.
