I hesitated to buy because of the negative reviews. This charger is way better than the original that came with the Lenovo Flex 5. I'm not sure what people are saying about loose fit. It matches the Flex 5 perfectly. I'm also referring to the cord length, which is 10.5 feet with cord and wall extender. It's 5.5 feet longer than the original and has a much smaller charger. The charger on the original is brick-sized, and the short cord has tripped me up many times (so I had to replace it). I tripped and bent the original cable and the metal pin got stuck in the connector. We were able to pull it out with special needle nose pliers, but it was a process. I was very concerned that this copy would not properly charge an expensive laptop, but it does and does it well. I can't say enough good things about this charger, it's far superior to the original!
