Our rabbit loves them. We have a pair in his cage (see photos) and then a pair outside of the cage in his playpen. He lies and chews them all. Of course, they don't look as pretty after a while when chewed, but that's to be expected. This is a hay product that should be safe to chew/eat so this is not a downside to this product. I have a feeling they will hold up well considering how much he chews them. You can see in my second photo how the pieces of hay fall off and stick out as he chews them. Expect chunks of hay to be thrown around for this reason, but then again I think that's what you should expect from this type of product. I can clean it of poop bits fairly easily, but you can't wash it to remove urine. Again not what I would expect from this product anyway. I am very happy with this item and will purchase more if needed.
