Review on πŸš— Lifeline AAA Premium Road Kit: 42-Piece Emergency Car Kit with Jumper Cables, Flashlight, and First Aid Kit - 4330AAA (Black) by Peter Nobles

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Clearly inconspicuous.

As a separate set this is disappointing at best. If you're looking for a cheap kit with a few random items, this is fine. Whatever the case, you could probably make the same items you have at home (e.g. flashlights, screwdrivers and band-aids) and buy an item or two (e.g. jumper cables) for the same price if not even cheaper. The only useful thing about the kit are the connecting cables and as I haven't had to use them yet I can't tell if they actually work or not. The flashlight and screwdriver are ridiculously cheap for the quality, and the fact that the zip pouch the items are packaged in counts as one of the 42 items should tell you what kind of BS to expect from this set. The description states that the kit contains "19 first aid items". To die for. It contains 3 antiseptic wipes, 1 stitch wipe, 15 large plasters and 5 small plasters. These are four separate pieces for a total of 24 pieces. That's not the only inaccuracy in the description, by the way. The kit does not include fuses and life jacket. In other words, the description is not only inaccurate, but also misleading, to the point of dishonesty. "19 First Aid Items" sounds like a lot until you realize that each damn bandage counts as a separate item. B. skittles), a mylar blanket, or other items that might prove useful in a REAL vehicle emergency. I am fully aware that the description states what is included and I knew that the set did not contain these items before I bought it. I'm not giving this product a bad review because it doesn't have the elements I expected; rather I give it a bad rating because it is advertised inaccurately at best and immorally at worst. I recommend spending the money elsewhere. There are other sets available that are much more complete. And even if you don't need this preparation, it's better to buy individual items and put together your personal kit.
