Here in the Bay Area, mid-summer sea temperatures reach 55F. I would like to have. Wetsuit for beach days so I can spend more than a few minutes in the water. This is a great suit for that purpose. Easy entry and exit. Depending on the local water temperature I think this would also be a good suit for surfing. There are always new materials coming out that are marketed as "more resilient", "less restrictive" etc for surfing, but I think materials have improved so much across the board over the last few decades that the difference between A modestly priced set like this one, and the more expensive "super flexible" suits become pretty insignificant.
