True to size but not for a long torso.
The product fits the figure well, has a button closure and a thong at the bottom. I ordered a large one as I didn't have any reviews on it and wanted to be on the safe side. I'm 5'2" and 150 pounds. It's definitely made for a short torso. The tall one fits perfectly.
