The product is durable. Comes with large clasps. Excessive durability, which is good when you have much more valuable items. I saw some reviews that said the building instructions were bad. I found the ASSEMBLY SIMPLE AND DIRECT. It would be helpful to have a low-torque screwdriver (6) and then finger-tighten unless you're looking for a forearm workout. Do not use a screwdriver to install anything on the TV. I bought it for a Golden Tee cabinet and this setup adds versatility to the factory "mount" as I don't have to dedicate a flat screen just to the Golden Tee. I save $200 over the factory and get value. It also adds a nice tray for drinks and cigars. And I save floors of pace. Cute! My usage is pretty specific, but this is a quality product. I installed an old school plasma that weighs a ton. I'm not worried at all. A modern TV will not weigh down this installation. The fixation rollers are high quality, but I would have liked the polyethylene version (roller skates) for a smoother ride on hard surfaces. The current rollers are great for carpets, but not hardwood floors. Still good. Very happy with it!
