Review on ๐Ÿงค G-Form Pro Trail Gloves - Boost Your Outdoor Performance with 1 Pair by Scott Reeves

I hope your mileage is better than mine

I purchased and received a pair of G-Form Pro Trail Gloves on May 5th, 2020. I paid $35 for the gloves back then. I chose these when I bought a set of G-Forms knee pads based on the reviews of the knee pads (I'm happy with the G-Form knee pads). I was hoping gloves would work too. When I tried the gloves on for the first time, I was very excited. I thought they felt great and looked amazing. I bought a pair of LGs (7.5-8 inches [19-20.3 cm] from the tip of my middle finger to the base of my palm), my hands are 7.5 inches and there is about 0.5 inches between them the fingertips of the gloves. From this I can tell you use the G-Forms size chart with confidence. When I put gloves on I find the holes are a bit tight but I can put them on without tearing or tearing the gloves. After the Velcro is attached to the wrist, my hands don't slip into the gloves. The gloves worked pretty well with my iPhone's screen. The pads on top of the fingers and knuckles were comfortable, didn't interfere with finger flexing, fist clenching, or interfered with my dexterity. In the last month I've put on about 325 miles in gloves, dual and single track, cross country and downhill. I'm not an aggressive rider, I don't fly through the air and I try to cross the bars as little as possible. Thin mesh material on the upper arms keeps hands cool when riding in hot weather. However, my palms were sweaty and the palms of my gloves got wet. Unfortunately, the gloves started to fall apart, the logo patch came off (not entirely critical, but disappointing for the price) and seems to splinter at the base of the fingers (crisis). Please see my photos showing this. So I can't recommend the G-Form Pro Trail Gloves at around $1/10th of a mile. Maybe I just caught a bad couple, a rare spoiled couple. For $35 ($41 at the time of this review) I don't want to try my luck again. I will look elsewhere. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. I hope you find them helpful.
