Review on 🍺 GasOne 40 QT/10 GALLON Stainless Steel Brew Kettle: Ultimate Brewing Solution by Courtney Grant

I had dents like everyone else, but I don't mind. It's barely noticeable and will get dirty and blackened over the days of brewing anyway. I've only used it as a brew kettle, not as a double-bottomed mash tun with a bazooka. The double bottom leaves an uneven gap between it and the kettle. If I were going to use it as a mash tun I would definitely want to leave the bazooka attached because the beans will surely find their way through that slot. That's why I'm a bit careful with these accessories. The thermometer is easy to attach and seals with the included silicone O-rings. Was excited to adjust the temperature and moved it around a bit to increase accuracy and then stopped adjusting entirely. Some of the connections between the adjustment screw and the thermometer must be cheap and broken. Its readings are accurate to within a few degrees, and everyone uses the best handheld thermometer anyway. Good quality hose line. The instructions aren't great on configuring all the seals, but the seals are also of good quality and I was able to seal them without messing around with them too much. All in all a great kettle for cooking. Light but strong and was easy to clean with a bit of pbw. I'm looking forward to new brewing days with it.
