I am very happy with this purchase. I ordered both a medium and large size because it was difficult to figure out which would fit better. The size chart showed that L/XL might be best. The reviews made me think differently, but they differed greatly in how they rated the sizes. I was in dire need of a plain black mourning dress and ordered two sizes so one would fit. I decided the average size is for me. I'm 5ft 140lbs - busty with a marshmallow stomach. The medium provided a comfortable fit through the chest and sleeves and slid well over my bumps and bulges for a smooth and flattering look. The hem reached to my knees, right where I like it. It may be a little longer for someone with a less corpulent build. The dress itself is quite simple and therefore very versatile. Jewelry/scarves/shoes can transform a look from a very casual look to a beautiful evening look. It's very light and stretchy (and can stick if ordered too small), but being the right size is very flattering and comfortable. It's a great little dress and at $20 it's a steal. I definitely recommend it.
