Uno pond filter systems are some of the best you can buy to keep your garden pond clean. Unfortunately, with repeated flushing and reinstallation, two foam rubber inserts will stretch in one case and shrink in the other. They don't fit into the housing as well anymore, and the pond water flows around them more than through them. Replacement filters are not cheap, but they will restore the device to normal functioning. My guess is that you can probably get a discount on a set of filter cartridges for two to three years before a replacement is recommended. I released mine at almost five o'clock before doing anything about the faulty filters that originally came with the case. Next time I won't wait so long.
