This pipe didn't fit me at all. The headpiece is very wide from side to side. It's also very stiff and doesn't flex easily around the head (I mean the front of the headpiece, not the band that goes around the back). Just a note: I wear a small women's bike helmet. Because the piece is so stiff, the pressure wasn't evenly distributed across my forehead because the sides didn't conform to my head, instead all the force was directed straight to the center of my forehead. I swim for an hour each time so I feel miserable when I get out of the pool and every day I wore it my forehead hurt more and more. I returned it for this reason. Another thing I want to mention that I didn't like (but that didn't make me return it) is the way the mouthpiece had to be held. As other reviewers have said, you really have to bite down on it to keep it in your mouth. It didn't affect my breathing, but it was uncomfortable clenching my teeth and lips the whole time. As you relax, water will begin to seep into the mouthpiece. I got a small MP tube instead and I really like it.
