First off, let me say that I like the vacuum cleaner itself. It was easy to install, relatively quiet, and sucks so powerfully that I sometimes have to open the small opening in the hose because it's sucking onto the floor. I'm not keen on a luxury accessory set so I'm deducting a star. First, the hose doesn't kink. It actually kinks quite easily and on at least one occasion I lose suction while vacuuming and I have to fumble along the hose and twist it to get it loose. The handle is too flimsy and my hands get tired holding it. I'll probably wrap it in tennis racquet tape or something. It comes with a power head and a non-power head. The handle has a knob that snaps into a small hole on the side of the tube to hold the head. The tube on the non-powered head had a hole in the wrong place to keep it from snapping into place. I was able to fix this with some sensible filing. A weak head does not lie flat enough. Our sofa is on hardwood so I don't need a power head, but I can't get very far under with a non-powered head. The drive head lies flat. It also works very well, if a bit heavy. I just don't like it on wooden floors. Finally, the small round dusting brush has very soft bristles. On the one hand, it's good - nothing gets scratched. But they are so soft and the suction is so strong that the entire inner half flexes inward, basically blocking the hole. Even with the fan fully open. In general, I like the vacuum cleaner very much. Installing a central vacuum has been on my to-do list for a long time. I just wish the attachments were as good as the ones on our old vacuum ^#%@&.
