I bought this dress for my niece's fourth birthday and she looked absolutely gorgeous in it. Bright colors and very soft fabric, which is important for a baby who loves to run and play. The fitted and flared style is perfect for twisting and showing off your favorite leggings or tutu. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that I found the sizing a bit off - I had to exchange it for a larger size. But overall this is a great dress for any little girl who is a fan of Moiana and wants to look like a real island princess.
