It's quite legal. The burlap has a thin lining on the bottom to keep the burlap in place. The lace is thin but ideal for closing the bag. They are surprisingly well made. Do cartoon images feel like a thin sticker/iron? I'm not entirely sure, but I'm sure the image will fade or peel off a bit over time. I'm not too concerned about that as these are only temporary goodies, but they can definitely be repurposed to hold little treasures for a while before they break. You won't have many treats, but that doesn't matter; If you give them away, the real prize could be this bag. They're actually pretty cool.
