I am satisfied with my purchase and I recommend this product. If instructions were included (or a link to a tutorial video) I would give the item 5 stars. If 4.5 stars was an option I would choose it. PROS: Items arrived intact. Looks good when used correctly. CONS: No instructions. . What they didn't mention is that you put them in boiling water for a second (maybe less). Don't leave them in the water for too long or they will shrink too much and fall apart. It's literally just a rapid process of sinking in and out. Make sure you have enough water to fully submerge the capsule. I've seen a few videos stating that using a hair dryer (or heat gun) also works, but there have been mixed results and some complaints about wrinkles and seams. I recommend immersing in boiling water. Method. After cutting the time, they looked great.
