I bought a cheaper one that I thought was cheaper just because it was the size of a standard mouse pad. I was disappointed when the cheap lights didn't illuminate everything around me. It worried me about it and how big it is. I found out the price, the large galaxy print mouse pad was more than worth it so I wouldn't be too disappointed if the lighting didn't work. .To my very pleasant surprise, not only does it clearly illuminate everything all around, but it is also bright enough to be clearly visible during the day! The lighting in this area is just amazing! It's also a very thick and durable pillow with high quality printing. The only way to make it better is to align it with your computer!
