Stuck all the time. I've been using it for 3 days already - used up about 5 stacks of V-nails. It sticks intermittently - no pattern, but on average I'd say about every eighth staple. Sometimes 5 traffic jams in a row, sometimes 40 without traffic jams. Very frustrating. I'm not new to these types of tools or framing - years of experience. I use Meite 12mm V-nails and yes they are set correctly. I've tried the entire pressure range from 60 to 100psi and it makes no difference. I smear 2 drops per V-Nails Stick according to the instructions. I'm doing everything right When I received the unit it was already in a clamped position with the driver fully lowered behind the muzzle - it only took me 20 minutes to figure out how to disassemble it as the instruction manual is a joke. Now that I'm a pro at unboxing, the same process only takes 45 seconds, but I SHOULD NOT DO THIS! 222-4888) and it rings for 90 seconds, then the call disconnects. No answer, no voicemail and when you try to search something on their site about 1/3 of the site is down with broken links. Hmmmmmm. I was cheated on? If I get stuck with a few more tries today or tomorrow, I'll send it back and buy a competitor's model. Still, it's pretty good when he drives the V-nail. . It has more power and weight than my Surebonder Air Tacker for regular staples - not for weak wrists. And I'm not a safety freak, but it seems every other pneumatic sewing tool manufacturer includes a pressure safety mechanism that requires the tool to be pressed firmly against the surface before the trigger is released - not this tool - it will be perfectly satisfied with you Shooting your face if you're stupid enough. I got my first V-Nail scar during framing when I was about 10 and look forward to the next one. If it just didn't get stuck, I wouldn't notice all the other negative issues, but that jamming costs my efficiency and time. *** Update - in 3 days. the call is terminated. Well on the 6th call on the 2nd day of the call I decided to just start talking after the dropped call and either it was a VM and they received it or they read my letter or they got this review read but got a call back from Anson a very nice sales rep from New York who was very helpful and is in the process of sending me a new V-Nailer and I will box it up and send it back when I receive it. Pretty good customer service and he seems very interested in helping his US customers. Once I get a new one and try it out for some staples I'll update the review and hopefully if it doesn't get stuck I'll have a great nailer that gets a 5 star rating! ***UPDATE*** - 2 months later - Anson from US customer service contacted me and sent me a replacement (own expense) and it seems to be working much better after a month of use - only about 1 jam per 2 sticks. I am satisfied with my V-nails. I sent the 1st block back (at my own expense). So I'm increasing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Could have gotten a 5 star rating if a) there were no issues in my original review and b) if they sent me a return label for return shipping. But now I'm pretty happy.
