I would like to update my review. The manufacturer got in touch and offered to return the money. I have to admit they have a great customer service team! I will try their other products. They are too hard and don't look like a Dremel 414 at all. Too hard to fine polish. It actually melted the piece of plastic I was trying to polish and completely destroyed it. Also, many of them have no central hole at all. Save money and buy 414s. Absolutely dissatisfied with this product. I wish I could come back for a refund.
